EntryDefender Door
The EntryDefender® Door is engineered to safeguard government buildings, pharmaceutical and cannabis dispensaries, manufacturing facilities, and other high-security locations from threats for durations of 5, 15, or 60 minutes, in line with the U.S. Department of State Standard for Forced Entry SD-STD-01.01, Revision G (Amended). It is the only rolling door in the United States to meet these stringent criteria while offering architects and designers the flexibility to create large openings without sacrificing security.
Though it may appear to be a standard rolling door, the EntryDefender® features a robust steel curtain with interlocking slats. When the door is closed, these slats compress to form a smooth surface, minimizing potential pry points. During an attack, the slats further engage to prevent separation, enhancing the door’s durability. Additionally, the door includes a reinforced bottom bar and a discreet locking system to prevent lifting.
It also offers a static wind load of 125 psf.
