Installing our 300 series rolling door is easier than ever with the Apexâ„¢ Pro Smart controller, featuring plug-and-play wiring for seamless setup and service. The compact operator ensures smooth, higher-speed operation with a soft start and stop mechanism, minimizing wear on both the door and operator. Operating at speeds up to 24 inches per second, our high performance door enhances productivity while its direct drive design eliminates sprocket and chain maintenance.
For enhanced energy efficiency, our insulated high performance door models include the Thermiser Max rolling door perimeter sealing system. Independently tested to meet stringent air infiltration standards, it ensures minimal exchange, exceeding ASHRAE® 90.12, 2015 IECC®, and California's Title 24 requirements with a tested value of ≤0.3 cfm/ft2.
